My family and I have lived in the Snoqualmie Valley for over 19 years. We are very active in the community as volunteers in the city, schools and various community organizations and I currently serve on the Snoqualmie Valley School Board. I have over 20 years of technical consulting, process analysis and improvement and consulting experience. My knowledge and involvement in our community, neighborhoods and schools combined with nearly twenty years of marketing, project management and technical background allows me to share life in the Snoqualmie Valley with a professional and personal touch . I am proud to promote the great quality of life our community offers and strive to provide excellent customer service to my customers.

My wife and I began looking for a home in the Spring of ’10. We had some very strong feelings about what were looking for and more to the point what we didn’t want in a house.
We looked at a lot of homes with Caroline and Joe… and I mean a lot of homes. Both Caroline and Joe were professional, patience and fun. We never questioned that they were representing us in this process.
It took us until Mid-November to find the house that we knew could become our future home. Caroline and Joe were with us every step of the way and made what is always a stressful time at least manageable.

We had just married, purchased a new home large enough for everyone in our blended family to finally have their own bedroom, and we were hitting on all cylinders. We were living happily with secure jobs, saving for retirement, and readying ourselves for our 4 teenagers’ journey to college.
But life can change quickly: one minute you’re on top of the world and the next you’re struggling to make ends meet and you never think it could happen to you. Such was our case, and we came to realize that sometimes bad things happen to good people.
After a debilitating auto accident, medical issues, a job loss, and a job change, we found ourselves in the unenviable position of not being able to support our family of 6 in our new home. It was humiliating not being able to meet our obligations and we quickly realized that we could no longer afford to live in our home and decided to sell it and avoid foreclosure. Much to our dismay, we were upside-down in our home, and after some research, we decided that the “short sale” route was the best option for us until we could recover and get back on our feet.
